Damon Hypersport HS

The Damon Hypersport HS is certainly one of the best looking motorcycles out there and I don’t just mean electric motorcycles. I would go as far as to say that it is on par with the iconic Ducati brand which in my own opinion is the brand that produces the best looking motorcycles on our planet.

This bike is aimed towards the younger generation of riders (25 – 35) who like sporty looks and incredible speeds. The Damon Hypersport HS hosts a lot of interesting and innovative features like CoPilot™ and SHIFT™.

Energica Eva Ribelle

The Energica Eva Rebille has some really badass looks that I would translate as “aggressive”. This would be perfect for those who aren’t really that into futuristic sportbikes. Still, the Eva Rebille has all the futuristic features that you would find on other electric motorcycles.

It’s basically a naked version of the Energica Ego and has the same performance minus some aerodynamics of course. It has 159 ft-lb of torque which is more than what most cages (cars) have today and a very comfy 145 hp along with it.

Zero SR/F Premium

Currently one of the only real naked electric bikes in production with performance matching those of gas naked bikes. The Zero SR/F Premium isn’t bad looking at all. This bike is probably the best at being sporty and commuter-friendly at the same time.

It has a decent amount of range if you add the extra power tank to it. The Premium version also comes with a 6kW integrated charger instead o the 3kW charger on the standard model. You can also get an additional 6kW charger that will have the battery at 95% after only 60 minutes.

Zero SR/S Premium

The Zero SR/S Premium and the naked version (SR/F Premium) both hold the fifth position in the category of electric motorcycles with the most torque at 140 ft-lb or 190 Nm. To put that into perspective, the 6-cylinder Honda Goldwing has 123 ft-lb or 167 Nm at its peak.

While you have more than enough torque, the SRS Premium also looks really good in its own way (especially in Cerulean Blue). In my opinion, the style of this bike says “let’s go fast, and let’s go far”. It kind of a blend between sport and tour styling on the first impression.

Final words

For the daily rider, these four motorcycles are pretty close to one another in range while having similar prices. I guess you just need to decide whether you want a bike that is capable of reaching insane speeds or not.

I can imagine that to most people it won’t really matter but there are some would like the idea of owning one the world’s fastest production motorcycles.
