Aprilia RSV4 RR
The Aprilia RSV4 RR looks like a pure trace bike from every angle but is very much eligible for street riding. Still, the APRC (Aprilia Performance Ride Control) that is also used in the World Superbike Championship is also included in this model.
One of the greatest things about this bike is that beautiful sound. It has a real grunt in its throat that makes anyone around it realize this bike is the real deal even though the styling is a little outdated with what’s trending these days (not that it really matters).

Ducati Streetfighter V4
The Ducati Streetfighter V4 is the less expensive version of the V4S that was chosen in the higher price category. Yet, this version is chosen again and with good reason. There isn’t much to be said except that the Streetfighter has captured the hearts of many motorcycle enthusiasts worldwide.
The Streetfighter V4 is great on tracks with 208 hp and equally comfortable to ride on the urban streets. With this said, it’s also a gorgeous looking bike from any angle and if you’re not riding it, you will most likely only get to appreciate the rear end.

Harley-Davidson FXDR 114
The Harley-Davidson FDXR 114 is one that just completely destroys the common stereotype, “Harley-Davidson’s are slow”, that was accepted by many as fact for years. This model definitely isn’t as it reaches a top speed of up to 160 mph and gets up to 60 mph from standstill in just 2.5 seconds.
The FDXR 114 certainly has the looks of a drag racing bike and that all starts making sense when you see this model at Pro Stock Drag events. It’s built for performance.

Yamaha VMAX
The Yamaha VMAX has been around for some time now but it just never gets old. Even though it’s not all engine with wheels, the 65° V-four 1697cc engine certainly is a huge part of it. It’s also one of the top 5 production gas motorcycles with the most torque (123 ft-lb).
One thing that I like and don’t see on many other muscle bikes is how symmetrical it is. You’ll expect there to be only two exhaust pipes on one side but when you walk around there’s another two. It’s one of the first things I noticed, although some might not be bothered that much.

Final words
That was my top picks for the best gas motorcycles under $20,000. Though you might not agree with my choices, it’s expected. If we all liked the same bikes it would be a boring world to live in. That’s why I listed all the motorcycles in this price category because there are so many to choose from.
I always try to keep my articles interesting and informative. And I’m always thankful when they are shared on social media platforms or Pinterest.
